Pros: beautiful resort. We stayed at the tower in an ocean view room with balcony. The room size and the balcony size was decent. The room was old but not bad. The pool is very small. They allow you to use the pool at the next door hotel but We did not have time to try that. Quality of the Food was good. There are many shops within walking distance.
Cons:
-The beach is a public beach. That means you’ll see occasional homeless people.
-Beach chairs are $100 per day for the first row (in 2026).
-Food is very expensive!
-Shower curtain was molded where the magnets are.
Overall, We had a great experience!

Great experience with staff and hotel conditions. Room was always tidy when we came back to it and smelled amazing! Hotel staff were welcoming and very supportive if any trouble came along. Thank you for the great time and being apart of great family memories

Beautiful hotel and kind staff! Beach and pool get super crowded, so make sure you get out there early to secure a spot.

We had an incredible stay at the Mailani Tower! The ocean view from the room was amazing. The drive up to the hotel is breathtaking and really makes you feel live you've arrived in a secret jungle. The RH is such a well-maintained and beautiful historic property. Close to busy areas of Waikiki, but as soon as you get to the hotel, it's so peaceful and lush. All hotel staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The food and drinks on property were amazing as were the spa services.
