Our room was lovely and the reception staff checked that we wanted the accessible room which we had been allocated, which we didn't especially as there wasn't a coffee machine in it! The cookies were welcome as we arrived late to check in. I would suggest that more milk is supplied because if you have a drink in the evening, there isn't milk left for tea in the morning. The reason I didn't give you 5 Stars was because there was only one bath sheet provided! The bed was so comfortable though and the position of the hotel, being near to Temple Meads and right next to the airport bus stop is perfect. We will be back

The hotel itself is nice and our twin room was of a good standard, however, the bathroom smelt of blocked drains continuously (the sink plug had been left in to stop the smell). The shower was an odd setup as the tray was around 20cm above the floor level which required a large step to get in the shower. The grab handle was out of reach getting in the shower and there was no grab handle to get out of the shower. There was a small printed sign in the shower advising the user to be careful of wet slippery surfaces and that a non-slip mat could be obtained from the hotel. This sign would have been better placed outside the shower where it could be read easily rather than only readable when you're already in the shower!

Lovely hotel. Check in was excellent, very fast, friendly and efficient. Even had gluten free cookies on arrival. Room was immaculate, great bed, air con, shower, coffee machine and tea making facilities. In an excellent location for Temple Meads and harbourside. Absolutely A1 experience.

The room was perfectly clean and the staff were great, but the wall between the rooms were so thin, I could hear everything..it was a bit disturbing to hear our next door room having sex at the middle of the night.

Location was great. A 5 minute walk from the train station, a 7 min walk to the river and a 10 min walk from the hotel to Bristol City centre. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was excellent! Staff were pleasant and informative. We would definitely go there again.

Worst bed I’ve ever slept in! I have a very bad back today after sleeping there.
