Amazing hotel resort, great amenities, super friendly service, great food! Lots of activities to choose from, Highly recommended!

This is a good place and I would happily recommend to others. Couple of small blips on arrival but after that, despite being a beautiful and pleasant location, it really meets expectations, the staff are it’s greatest asset, helpful, polite, knowledgeable and more.

Location was amazing but it is the staff who make it memorable

A nice resort overall, with some great staff. However I don’t think the overall value for money stacks up compared to other similar choices. Kids club staff not that welcoming! Food and Beverage staff were excellent. The man made beaches were threadbare and stoney! The food was hit and miss, in general I would say average across the board and for the price not a fair trade!

The resort premises were very well maintained and pristine. Our room was clean, well-designed, and had up-to-date amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. There is plenty to do both in and around the resort - there are things to do guests of all ages. Staff can help facilitate transportation and activities outside of the resort premises which is great for those who want the luxurious experience without feeling stuck in a luxurious resort. Plenty of food options too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day! Just some things to note: • Locals do come onsite to sell locally made good so no need to go out to buy souvenirs. • Much of what you can do or buy can be charged to your room so you don’t need to have a lot of cash on hand to pay for the activities or food. • You can purchase good and services with cash or card if preferred, however, all card transactions carry a 3% surcharge. • The hotel provides toiletries such as toothbrush, soap, toothpaste, combs, robes, etc. • Food from the fish bar (adult only area) it’s not included in the all-inclusive package but drinks are.

Both breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing - lots of variety and the food was delicious. À la carte menu at goji wasn’t as great and the food needs more attention and more thought needs to be put to the flavour combinations. Pools were well maintained! Staff were outstanding and were always pleasant to deal with.

Overall we had a good stay at the Marriott Momi Bay, but we had an uncomfortable sleeping situation (2 double beds in one room shared with two teens). We loved the dining at Goji, but were not impressed with dining at Voi Voi as you sit outside and get seated with strangers. It is very hard to pay with credit cards, staff always seem to want you to charge to your room and they seem to find it a hassle every time you pay with credit card. It is not a smooth process. When you stay at a 5 star resort you expect to get access to as much fresh water as you like, but staff really push you to pay for mineral or sparkling water. If you want activities outside of the gym and tennis you have to pay extra. They don’t even provide access to paddle boards or kayaks without charging, which I have found to be free at other resorts. Additionally the access to the outside is limited, even with kayaking you can only paddle within the lagoon and for 1 hour of fun you have to fill out several safety and consent forms. Jacuzzi at the adult Fish Bar is lukewarm and all pools are very cold!

Everything was great at the property, but the location is 45 mins away from anything. So if you are looking to explore the area you are away from everything. But the service and staff are outstanding.

Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet.
