Very nice clean hotel. Loved the fire pits outside.

this hotel needs remodeling. Dusty and worn out

It was very good.

Stayed here during a trip to Jackson Hole and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in was quick and easy, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming after long days exploring the area. The location is excellent. Close enough to downtown Jackson to walk to restaurants and shops, but still quiet and relaxing at night. Parking was convenient, and the property felt safe and well cared for. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was excellent, the bathroom was spotless, and everything worked as expected. Breakfast was better than expected for a hotel breakfast, with a good variety and attentive staff keeping everything stocked and clean. This was a solid choice for visiting Jackson Hole and Grand Teton. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable place to stay in the area.

NIce clean place

Awesome breakfast, good location & helpful staff.

Been to a lot of hampton inn's across the country this was one of the worst for bad attitude staff unwilling to help ,answer questions etc. I know this is a beautiful area but give the snobbery a rest. Breakfast was very ordinary limited space and limited options. Would not recommend stay elsewhere.

Perfect

It’s difficult to express how amazing our stay was. The staff were friendly and not in a business sense but truly caring about us. Our room was awesome and extremely comfortable as well as super clean and well decorated with items from the area. Coffee was available anytime in the Lobby ( we had some at 4AM ) with not just cream or sugar but extras that were beyond what was expected. Breakfast was included but it wasn’t a bagel and cereal, rather it included egg omelettes, Sausage links, potatoes, fruit, oatmeal, waffles ( with multiple things to put on them besides syrup) as well as biscuits and gravy. It was incredible! Parking is free, a fire pit with wooden lounge chairs was available , freshly baked chocolate chip cookies were offered in the afternoon. I was beyond impressed. Location is close to everything, pets are welcome and 2 dogs were sitting on the floor behind the counter. Stay here when you are in Jackson and be amazed!

We had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the employee setting it up was very helpful. We loved our stay in all ways.
