I wanted to express my sincere thanks for such a wonderful experience. The venue is absolutely stunning, and the attention to detail is truly impressive. Thank you for creating such a beautiful atmosphere , it made my visit truly memorable.

Love this hotel! Felt like I was at home. I stayed there for over 3 weeks. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Will definately go back again.

I liked everything about this hotel was clean staff was friendly. I actually extended for another week and will be back on the 6th June again. Location was really good also

Old and dirty One star only

After the improvements are finished, the hotel will go back to its glory days. Enjoy a comfortable place at fairly reasonable prices.

This ok

The hotel was pleasant enough but quite dated. The decor is beige and again dated springs to mind, room facilities are basic there are no usb ports, no plug for the bath, no iron and ironing board in the room, it lacks finishing touches. The spa was closed but this was not made clear prior to booking. On the positive side staff servicing the room were very pleasant and considerate and the room cleanliness was of a high standard.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms, pools, lobby and dining room was very clean and tidy, staff smiling and welcoming all the times. Over all had best stay at Istanbul.

We stayed up to 6 night, the room, pool and in general all hotel very clean. The staff very polite, friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel I am at the hotel, feels like in home. It was nice stay in Istanbul.

Was too far from everything
