First of all, the rooms are shockingly small....so much so that there was almost no space on one side of the bed. I tried to get down in the middle of a night and my ankle got bruised by the sharp edge of the bed. Second, the staff were simply rude and unhelpful initially. On one of the evenings, we decided to hang out with our friends in the lounge room and they didn't have all of the lights on. So, when we asked them to turn them on and they said we had to buy something from the bar before they do it! In the last couple of days, their attitudes improved, maybe because of the scathing review I left. But the reality is that we wouldn't have booked this hotel at any rate. Besides extremely compact size of the rooms and terrible coffee, they don't understand the hospitality sector.

Very poor facilities and service

House keeping very poor, room needed a good deep clean ,scum around sink drain plugs, shower fittings,poor supply of tea & coffee facilities and only 2 dirty wood sticks to stir,no milk.very unclean carpets ,dust etc.

Place was clean as well as practical. I would recommend it.

Very nice and beautiful Hotel, so many restaurants near by and easy connection for transport.

This 'Motel' is stuck in the 1980's. The furnishings and decor is outdated. Reception was rarely attended, and when it was, Hassan couldn't even cast a smile. Maybe he doesn't have good teeth. The 'Motel' lacks efficient security. The room itself was dire. The bed extremely uncomfortable, the shower over bath a potential death trap without any hand rails to assist with getting in and out of the very deep bath. A circus was present directly outside my window, which provided excessive noise throughout out the day and evening. The room advertises air conditioning. This is a lie. A very old system is present in the room, but the hotel has the a/c switched off. The room was excessively stuffy and hot, causing me to keep the large window open for adequate ventilation. The aroma was that of musty, dampness. Probably caused by the excessive humidity because of no a/c. This is an over priced 2 star motel. I'd avoid staying here.
