Aparthotel Adagio MontRouge was a perfect location for a longer term stay in Paris. Conveniently located a short walk from the Metro with grocery and patisserie close by. The room was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The services and staff were very helpful and a full breakfast was available at a reasonable cost.

Our stay was phenomenal! The staff was kind and extremely helpful. The apartment was beautiful and the balcony views were fantastic. The metro was nearby and easy to use to get to all locations we wanted to visit. We walked late at night and it was quiet, but did not feel unsafe. I would love to book again with them next time we visit!

We arrived early at 9am and was able to put our 11 luggage in holding. Told by an employee to come back at 2pm for check in for our 2 reserved rooms. We get back at 2pm and was told check in is at 3pm. So why were we told 2pm? The manager said that employee might not have understood english very well and said thats incorrect. We did get 1 room at 2pm and the room was filthy and the fridge did not work. Waited til 3pm for the next and was told their cleaning crew was 3rd party and didnt have the room ready. As it came closer to 4pm we ended up booking Les Artiste 5 start hotel for less over the phone. As soon as we said we wanted to cancel and the service sucks, we were offered free double room upgrades. Asked for a refund since its the Hotel's fault for not being able to check us in and was told its policy no refunds. So I am working with Hotels.com customer service trying to get my refund now.

Internet Wi-Fi speed is not enough for working with pc.

The room is okay, clean, quiet. The kitchen exhaust fan is not working. No problem with the transportation easy access from the bus and metro.

This was our first time in Paris so difficult for me to compare with other properties. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Kudos to him... Good A/C was working. Rooms were ok and Sheets were clean. ok Blacony wasnt clean. Kitchen and toilet were too small. There are better options for Sofa & bed in market.

Horrible experience. I was not familiar with Paris when I booked it. FYI this hotel is 50 minutes away from everything. I can’t explain how dirty this place was. Patio was never cleaned for years I could say. Scrub the table 5 times before eating dinner on it and still it was dirty. Housekeeping is every 5 night and we asked for it in our 3rd day, they refused it. At the first night I asked for extra blanket or some sort of extra sheets. They didn’t have it. At 3rd day I asked for clean towels. They said it’s an up charge but he can waive it for us with a blink. The other thing is the patio opens to a daycare and you will wake-up with kids screaming. On Saturday I thought daycare will be closed and I can sleep longer. Nope. There is some sort of religious gathering every Saturday and the sing a very loud song. Bed was very bad too. I’m not recommending it to anyone.

The sofa pulled out into two separate single beds which the kids really liked, rather than having to share. We LOVED having a view of the Eiffel Tower from both the bedroom and dining area. Watching it twinkle late at night was a highlight of our trip. (In summer, it only twinkles at 11pm, 12am and 1am - for 5 mins each time - when most people are home!) The heated towel rail in the bathroom was nice too.
