Love it ! Everyone was kind and extremely helpful , food was great and the resort was well maintained with beautiful views .

The property was an older property but still very beautiful and maintained. If you love a rustic vibe, lush gardens and don’t mind walking…it’s definitely the resort for you! The grounds are maintained beautifully and is so scenic!!! A HUGE APPRECIATION to the concierge staff (tours) especially Nikole (thank you), the restaurant staff at 14-16degree (thank you), they were all so attentive and polite, Sanjay (very energetic, loved the energy), and last but not least the General Manager(many thanks)! My only dislike were the staff at the front lobby not helpful at all. Side note: If you go around carnival time, some of the resort amenities are limited…tours.

First All- Inclusive experience and was very happy with my time

Absolute beautiful resort A lot of uphill and downhill walking We had a one bedroom master suite with small jacuzzi -whirlpool Included was transport to and from the airport also a butler we could message on what’s app about anything and everything We also got a sunset cruise on Thursday that was included in the room We would def recommend this resort And return !!! Bring bug repellant for sure And noise cancelling headphones that u can sleep in - the rainforest comes alive at nite so u will hear a lot of nature! Cats on the property who are well mannered

Whenever you see the big boss come and help you to your table or come to the table to ask if everything is ok. Ask how they can improve is a HUGE plus. It says a lot. You see the big boys walking throughout the property is as impressive as can say enough.

It was a total excellent stay minus the television. I used my Netflix to offset this, but everything else was top notch...

simply amazing service and rooms and food

Had the garden view room, it was absolutely stunning. The pools and swim up bar fantastic. The staff throughout the facilities were nice, respectful, catered to the customer needs and wants, extremely friendly and polite.
