We arrived in Paris during the heat wave and the amazing female manager upgraded us to the penthouse apartment when she had a last minute cancellation. Our original apartment was beautiful but had portable ac’s that were not doing the job. The Manager surprised us with a knock on the door to have us pack our bags because she had a surprise for us on the 7th floor. The apartment had built in ac wall units and it was so cool and comfortable with the most amazing views of the Eiffel Tower. Her kindness made our trip!!!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Super clean right around the corner from the Eiffel Tower. In the heat wave it also had AC. The hotel staff were very sweet and helpful especially Suzette who works at the front desk. She was so kind to my family and I and very attentive. Would highly recommend staying here and will be coming back and staying here again in the future.

Traveled on a family trip with 2 adults and 2 kids. The staff was amazing, the room was clean, and the location to the Eiffel Tower was great. The ac worked really well and we were so happy to have it!

Perfect location with impressive views.

We booked two apartments 3 bdr and a two bdr classic apartment). They upgraded the 2 bdr to a 3 bedroom. The apts had a powder room by the living room , bathrooms in the master bdr and in the hallway. The apartments were a stone’s throw away from the Eiffel Tower and a 3 minute walk to metro station . Best location in my opinion. The apartments were clean, large dining and living room with windows overlooking the Eiffel Tower. We would go to the balcony and view the lighted Eiffel tower for hourly light show! The kitchen is small but functional, clean, with cooking ware. Washer and dryer is in the kitchen. Our family appreciated the washer and dryer. It was hot in Paris but they did have aircon units, not centralized aircon. There was a large one in the living room, one in the master and one in the 2-twin bedroom. There was no unit in the bunkbeds room, which was the smallest, and was very hot. The guest had to sleep in living room. The aircon units were loud and was hard to sleep. I hope they get the modern smaller quieter units, as it did take space from the bedrooms. The bathrooms were clean, decent size and had clean towels, liquid body wash , soaps, vanity set. However there was no shampoo and conditioner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, we cooked breakfast , did uber eats once and ate in dining room. We enjoyed the French restaurants nearby and bought groceries from Franprix , 5 min away. Highly recommended !

This location was amazing for seeing the Eiffel Tower!
