My appartment was so clean and my master has an amazing view .

Front desk staff was very helpful and nice. The rest of the experience for this 5 star hotel was extremely disappointing. For a party of 4 staying in a suite, we were given 3 towels. Every single towel was dirty with stain mark and some smelled like someome had just smoke into them. None of the phones in the room were operational. There was a kitchen with a cooktop and fan but no utensils whatsoever. The only mini fridge in the room was broken. Closet lights in both bedrooms were flickering nonstop, making it impossible to sleep. Overall, this was no where near the experience we were expecting from a 5 star Vinpearl hotel.

Disappointing Stay — Would Not Recommend We had booked in advance, but check-in was still a frustrating experience. The area was cramped, and the receptionist was unfriendly — we ended up waiting in a long line, feeling like we had to beg just to get checked in. Once in the room, the air conditioning barely worked. It was around 100°F outside, and the room stayed at roughly 80°F the entire stay. The single elevator was also painfully slow — one trip took about 15 minutes. On top of that, the food at the hotel restaurant was poor quality. Overall, this hotel felt geared toward a different type of traveler than what we were expecting, and we wouldn’t stay here again.

The breakfast buffet was amazing , the views and the localisation is perfect I really recommend this hotel

Very nice and helpful staff. The room is very roomy, the bed is super comfortable and the breakfast is better than any hotels we visited.

The fridge does not work and outlets.are a.problem. the property is nice but a capital infusion on details would be helpful.

I had a great stay at this condotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, making the overall experience very enjoyable. The only minor drawback was that the property can get quite crowded during peak hours. Despite that, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay.

Room is clean but air condition not strong, need to ON the fan. A lot of Vietnam guests and breakfast is crowded like war zone. Location is excellent as near to many restaurants.
