Staff was helpful and quick action taken when shower drain did not work.

My shower drain was blocked the entire time of my stay, have been contacted the front desk staff, however no one came to fix, changed the room on the last night

Nice hotel near the Messe. Travelled for business and were going to the Messe so this hotel was ideally located. Rooms were nice and breakfast had plenty of choice. Very close to the large shopping centre Skyline Plaza, and another short walk to the nearest underground station.

This was a nice hotel with a large room and the most amenities we saw while in Germany (tissues, shampoo and conditioner, and body wash and lotion). The breakfast was also very good and the staff was friendly. We would recommend!

The staff is great!

The hotel is well located and within walking distance from shops, restaurants. The rooms are clean however the mattress are uncomfortable (queen bed and sofa bed) No drinking water was provided in the room, not even to purchase so if you are arriving late at night it can be disappointed
