this is one of the most beautiful buildings in Jerusalem with a modern activity center under ground. Its fantastic. Also has the best location in the city. Rooms are clean and simple. Farrar Club - the food vendor makes excellent breakfast, pastries and coffee drinks

I don't know where to begin, but this is the nicest hotel we have enjoyed in Jerusalem. The staff was incredible. The room is modern, comfortable and relaxing. AC and instant hot water, but with giant windows if you prefer. The architecture is stunning in the views from the tower that you can go to at the top let you view all of the old city. It is situated perfectly amongst various obvious meeting places. The service is simply incredible, daily changing of the bed linens and towels, security staff, on-site food, on site access to things like laundry service and tours etc. You simply won't find a better hotel at a better value. But in addition it will make a great memories.

There is a fantastic lap pool as well as a gym with classes all available for you with your hotel stay as well as a wonderful garden in the back. The location was perfect with free indoor parking.

The front desk staff were very accommodating and very nice. The cafe had some great pastries. The hotel is within walking distance to the Jaffa gate.

The front desk staff was outstanding. The gentleman that was at the desk when we picked up our bags to head to the airport was so knowledgeable and proud of the property that I think he should be allowed time to provide tours - they would be excellent!

The staff was great minus their 7am to 10 am breakfast. I cant eat somewhere if I show up and you tell me its going to be another 20 mins before you open. The YMCA gym is a great bonus. Just like a YMCA in US. Just add a smoothie snack bar. The location is great. The gym hours are odd. It would be nice if you could work out before the city got going. 10am to 10pm... granted people in israel work out late so i get it. But it is not cool if you are working an American schedule. But if you dont mind working out after your activities its a good deal. The elevator is a bit on the small side. The building is nice. If you are a practical person it checks a lot of boxes.

Restaurant has very limited offerings in the evening. Only 2 pasta dishes or a salad.

An exceptionally polite and calm hotel and an oasis of achitecturao beauty and old world charm, suffused with modern touches and full amenity. A real hidden gem.

After the workout, the guy at the snack shop didn’t have change for my bill and he said “no worries, take your stuff and pay the next time “ for real!!! Doesn’t get better than that, I went to my room and came back later with a small bill
