Good Proximity Well maintained rooms

Excellent staff and hotel is clean. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The rooftop is super nice.

Very clean, impeccable customer service. Everyone is engage as one and delivers as a team

There was plenty of free water which is definitely needed. It was walkable to shopping, food and transportation.

We had an excellent stay although it was just one night. Very nice location. Very clean rooms, great breakfast and amazing terrace.

The staff was wonderful. They were warm and welcoming from the moment we got there. we opted for the breakfast buffet every morning and it did not disappoint. Our last morning there we left extremely early in the morning so they packed us a picnic for our flight. I would stay here every time I come to Madrid!

Hotel súper bien ubicado. El personal muy atento. El desayuno bueno. La habitación con buen blackout y aire acondicionado que funcionaba muy bien.

Great location. Rooms were perfect. So much to do

We loved this hotel! One of the best we’ve ever stayed in!

Cute property and great location. I was so surprised at how bad the staff is. I sprained my ankle and they didn’t want to give me ice for it, even when I offered to pay. Thankfully one of the breakfast employees was willing to do it. I needed help with my luggage and they refused to do that too. The doorman saw me really struggling with 2 suitcases and hobbling and avoided eye contact with me. I asked if he could bring up a food delivery to my room and he refused. Really shockingly rude and useless staff.
