A great place to relax . Both the room and staff were excellent . In house restaurant was good . Far from downtown so rent a car and save a fortune in cab rides .

Arbutus restaurant was very good. Grilled squid app tasty. Halibut was amazing. Mussels and frites a very SUBSTANTIAL portion with a wonderful broth. Team table service…at least 3 different folks waited on us
Water view room was very nice. Jetted tub fireplace and nice outdoor balcony perfect for room service breakfast Prices were fair for quality of food and overall atmosphere
Dog friendly but unfortunately a few owners were not very considerate allowing pets to
Poop directly in front of the rooms in the nice landscaping.

We wanted - needed - to relax and that’s what we did. Hot tub on our patio, quiet room, elegant property, friendly staff, bay view. Rented a kayak for two and had a GREAT 2-hour paddle to the end of Tod Inlet. I could feel my blood pressure decrease.
This place was the perfect antidote for stress. Exactly perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at Brentwood in terms of the accommodation. The restaurant was closed and ‘The Pub’ was average at best. Our tiramisu was fridge freezer cold and had hidden parchment paper underneath.. we were not offered a refund and it put a sour taste on our eating experience.
The location of the resort is great with plenty of parking and we walked to Butchart gardens.

I love it here. It’s truly an oasis just a short journey outside the city. The soaker tubs are dreamy, the view amazing, the food consistently good, and the staff helpful and friendly. I stay here whenever I can. Highly recommend!
