The bathroom needs upgrade. Smaller face towel would be nice. And there was no safe in our room. Otherwise nice stay near the park and malls

방이 매우 오래되었고 더러움. 이그제큐티브 룸으로 업그레이드해줬다고 들었는데 그런데도 말도 안 되게 작은 사이즈. 욕조가 제대로 정돈되지 않아서 샤워하고도 찜찜한 기분이 들었음. 컨시어지는 거의 항상 비어 있었고, 프론트 직원들은 낮밤 구분없이 자기가 해야 할 일을 몰라서 허둥대는 느낌. 그냥 앞으로 안와야지 생각하고 말려고 했는데, 투숙 이후의 경험이 더 별로였음. 두고 온 물품이 있어 착불 택배로 보내달라고 부탁했음. 일주일 넘게 아무런 연락이 없더니 다시 연락하자 자기들은 분명 접수했는데 택배기사가 픽업을 해 가지 않았다고 주장. 죄송하다, 저희가 깜빡했다는 사과도 없이 어이없는 거짓말을 해서 너무 황당했고 이 호텔을 부모님의 원수에게도 추천하지 않음.

Expedia asked me how I liked the breakfast at Kensington Hotel Yoido, but I wasn’t aware I could have breakfast there. The check-in was disappointing, as the receptionist was unable to find my reservation until I could produce an Expedia confirmation number. The room itself was comfortable and clean, though no frills (ie no toothbrush). The location was good, with any number of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. But while the hotel advertises soundproofed rooms, I was routinely able to hear my neighbors, including a late-night party the first night.

The hotel was built in the late 70s and when you step into the room, you feel it. It's not spacious, but tight bc it's in an urban setting. The floor boards are worn. However, the amenities in room are nice- shampoo/body wash, comforter, pillows, chair. It's great location though- easy access to mass transportation, places to eat, see, etc.

The sink had a crack in it.

I was shocked to find such poor quality in a four-star hotel in Seoul. The washroom door didn’t close properly, and there were lots of bugs in the room. The temperature and air quality control were also terrible.

Exceptionally good hotel considering price. Super recommend.
