Nice hotel that was recently fixed up I think. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, working AC. Limited breakfast buffet but their egg station and espresso are the best. Nice view of the river and amazing view of the sunsets. Situated near the Asiatique waterfront, you can check out the Jurassic World experience or have dinner aboard a lovely riverboat. 7-11 not far away. I would stay there again.

Clean room

Good view from River view room, but the room conditions a bit outdated. Breakfast was ok, staff are friendly. Location is good not to far from Asiatique River Front.

Too ols fashioned

Hôtel qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, bien mais situé à 10 mn à pieds de l’Asiatique Center. Personnel très à l’écoute

Like all comments, the rooms are very very dated. Good location, breakfast was good also. Friendly staff. There was a lot of traffic noise even from the 14th floor so not good for light sleepers.

When you first walk in to the foyer you get the impression of grandeur. However, I wasn’t greeted/assisted by a doorman of any sort so I had to make 2 trips up the front stairs with my 4 bags. The staff at the desk were nice and polite and check in was quick and easy. As you head to your room alone and unassisted you start to see the place is starting to show its age. The room itself was quite large. There’s only one bedside table next to the bed. Great shower head with plenty of pressure by didn’t like that it was over a narrow bath. There was mould on the shower curtain and when on the toilet you could see a lot of mould on the upper edge of the wash basin. Towels not very soft. The A/C and fridge were a bit noisy and soundproofing of room not much good as there was a lot of road noise. On the plus side, a very nice pool but not much seating and no shade. Excellent buffet breakfast. Close to most attractions like Asiatique and Terminal 21 all in all not too bad. Maybe a little overpriced.

Parking was great. Hotel was lovely. A little dated but fantastic. Staff were friendly. Rooms are big and well equipped. Would come back again

Good room conditions, nice services, with the good price also include basic breakfast and all facilities zg pool, fitness room.
