Great location. The staff was incredibly helpful in navigating the city.

The rooms were quite small, but dis the trick for us. Staff were INCREDIBLE! Not sure if I've stayed at a place where the staff are more friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Clean. Very nice staff. Small rooms but quite functional.

We are all for sustainable approaches to support our planet but prefer to be noted before booking. (Cleaning every 4th day!)At Edinburgh the weather was humid and raining, that requires more dry towels.

The stay was okay, wish there were slippers as walking around barefoot is not pleasant. There were no face towels as well.

The room was clean, and well ventilated with the air conditioning. The ataff was very helpful.

It was a good place to stay. It was within walking distance of a lot of great places to visit.

The Point A was a short walk from the Haymarket station, which was quite convenient. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms well appointed. The only drawback was the size of the rooms, which are pretty tight. Would not recommend for someone with a lot of luggage! Otherwise a great place with excellent staff.

It was so cold and air blowed to my bed the first night in late June. The room AC was put on “eco-friendly “ mold. We had to warm the room second day and turned the AC off at night to be able to sleep.
