Check in no issues kids enjoyed the pool only complaint was I did have to get my door keys re keyed several times but other than thought no issues

The staff was friendly but the cleanliness was poor. The shower had visible mold and hair that wasn’t ours. There was someone’s night guard behind the bed that had been there for who knows how long. We tried to use the pull out sofa for a bed, but the mattress and sheet looked filthy, and the bed got stuck trying to refold it. Our dresser drawer was unlevel and remained open for the whole stay, which isn’t a cleanliness issue, but attention to detail is a big part of hospitality. I certainly won’t stay here again and have lost my trust in the Best Western chain.

Hotel room was nice, especially for the price near downtown. Very short drive to downtown. Pool was really small and windows were very dirty. Located off a “rough” exit. But ok for one night.
