The last time I stayed at the hotel, they had kayaks to use however, they were not functional now because there is no backing on the seats

Great family place. Still under renovations but clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only complaint the seaweed smell was awful. They cant help that.

Our room was nicely decorated and clean. The bed was super comfy and we had a nice ocean view. You can see that they are renovating the hotel and I'm sure when it's done it's going to be great! Only thing they need to work on ASAP is having an ice machine for guests to use, we had to go to the office and ask for it, they told us after 7 p.m no one is there and if we needed more that we'd have to buy it from a local gas station. The staff were super nice and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Not much to say about it

Staff was helpful but we had 2 strange interactions. One man entered our room without warning and when my husband stopped and corrected him instead of apologizing he made excuses. The other we asked the maid for NO service and they still cleaned anyway. The property needs some serious updates beginning with the carpet in the rooms needs to go, its disgusting. Bedding also needs replacing, 1 of our pillows had blood stains we had to request new ones. The breakfast area needs help too. The office being upstairs is strange. We wanted to love it, the photos looked nice but it wasn't worth the cost. The Wyndham can better especially in such a high traffic vacation town.

Good location and great room size, but the hotel is definitely needing upgrades.

All of the staff at Dove's Creek are amazing.Two Pauls, Yolanda at front desk and Doris the chamber maid were great. They take the time to talk to you and make you feel comfortable. Dove's Creek is a special property and set up well. Parking on the premises is very convenient. Elevator is great. However, there are some broke things that need fixing and or replacement. The first is the corn hole games which are broke and need to be replaced. Would have been fun the play the corn hole game while on property. Secondly one of the two hammocks is broken and needs to be replaced. Finally, the elevator in the breakfast room on the first floor is broken and looks unsightly and needs repair. We enjoyed room 301 and will hopefully be back sooner than later.

Came with my husband and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was a nice neighborhood to walk through across from the property. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good and we loved that it was free with our stay.

The property was great! The room was a little hot the ac didn’t work that well. The room and the property was pretty clean for the most part. The property was a little dated but overall it was a great place and nice staff.
