it was fine, but the hotel they need a refurnished, they have something furnished old. the restaurante have food, but the quality need attention, for the chef.

Fueniture in rooms ok.... the room was noisy, with light at night, no covers for cold, had to ask for them and took 2 calls and 1 hr to get them, the towels were thirty , old, smelly and harsh, incredible for a hotel of this "level and qualitiy"

Clean room, helpful staff at frontdesk. Did not know that amenities (gym and pool), was out of order

The hotel itself was clean and the employees at the reception were amazing. Very friendly and professional. They helped us all the time. The bedsheet of the room were stained ( there was some ink and other food stains). Everyday we were short of towels and they didn't refill the toilet paper. We would call the receptionist and it would be delivered right away. Location is perfect and plenty of stores, food and malls nearby. Very safe all day all night. Will stay again.

Great place. Quiet and safe.

Excellent hotel. The restaurant staff was super friendly and we loved the food!

Good

Very kind and friendly staff. The hotel and room were very clean, all very lovely.

Deja mucho que desear la limpieza

What I liked the mostvwas the bed and the pillows. What I did not like is that the checkout is at 12 and have only until 14 hrs to send the info for the invoice.
