Bad staff, no air conditioning, room smelled bad. Everything just bad

The location for us was great for all the things we wanted to do. However the hotel itself really needs to be upgraded. Carpet is old and stained. The mini fridge is old, coffee provided was ok but the pot was old and there was no sugar or creamer provided. Online pics are not as accurate as in person.

Room was clean. Housekeeping came every day! Beds were comfy! Staff was very nice. Very impressed. Would stay here again! Great location and free parking.

Its was very noisy,the room it's not well maintained ,water noise keep coming fro. The toilet, For jist one night was ok

Room was super clean, staff was super friendly. Has convenient parking and a great location to all sorts of things!

The room was very clean and had everything needed. The bed was a little soft for my taste. On-site parking in the upper small courtyard lot and basement were both tight squeezes but still appreciated. Overall it was a great location and I would stay again.

The room was excellent, freshly remodeled, clean, very well equipped, and quiet. The exterior parts of the hotel (lobby, elevator) are a bit antiquated. Neighborhood felt safe to me. Overall, I felt like it was a great deal for the price, and my wife and I will be staying there again.

Great location, friendly staff, I have stayed here every time I have visited San Francisco since 2011.
