Alexandra and Emmett were super helpful at the reception desk. Stellar customer service. I got upgraded and got a very nice room, I really enjoyed my stay.

Went for the long weekend with my family. Thr kids enjoyed the pool for many hours. The room was nice, and being on a higher floor, the view was great. Enjoyed having restaurants nearby too.

Clean room and friendly helpful staff

Very Clean and friendly

Our room was not clean when we arrived. Went to front desk they sent up a cleaner and when we returned it still had old hair ties and dirt on bathroom floor. Room was very dated and dirty and we couldn’t see out the window due to window damage and condensation build up. The hotel was not sold out as we checked multiple sites that still had rooms available and called in through friends phone but hotel said they were so the advertised room upgrades could not be handed out. This hotel use to be good but now they take the convenience for granted and treat visitors horribly. For the amount of stays we stay in a year it is disappointing to get this service.

Hotel was nice and clean. Parking was easy to find and use. Close to lrt which is why we stayed there. Pool was nice and clean. Had to request extra towels and extra coffee. We could hear a bit of traffic and sirens at night.

I find it frustrating and disappointing there are rooms available on line for the hotel but both nights and all 3 reservations had no upgrades available. Sandman shouldn’t advertise upgrades when available if they refuse to ever give them. Also to walk in and have a dirty bathroom is unacceptable.
