很好 The bathroom needs ventilation and the doors are a bit hard to shut.
The breakfast was good.
The staff was kind.
The location of the hotel was good but the street could be a bit noisy.

超讚 Great stay, room was clean and tidy, good for the money! The parking was brilliantly convenient and great that you get discount! Will stay again when we’re next in Bristol. Thank you.

超讚 Perfect location on the harbourside, easy to walk everywhere nearby. Slight noise from the street at night but didn't disturb us too much. Room nice and cool in the heat. Car park just round the corner and reasonable value at £10 per day when pre-booked.

超讚 One night stay for mature couple. Quiet despite being in centre of dock area. Very clean and fresh. Comfortable beds, excellent bathroom facilities. Great breakfast in morning.

We were given a disabled access room, despite me booking a standard double room. There for 2 nights a no housekeeping at all!
Very disappointing!
