Location generally good. The room is nice but beds are noisy and creaks a lot. Not that suitable for tall or big ppl.
Do pre check in as it takes time specially if ur a big group. Check in app would be nice if in english

Close to Tenjin shopping area and lot's of dining option. The hotel itself is dated but clean and functional. However, the bed SUCKS, no cushion and you will not sleep well.

The front desk and the actual hotel rooms are in two different areas and I didn't like that. You have to walk a block around to get to either spot. Even when we used the heating the room was cold and unfortunately our upstairs neighbors were stomping around allot. The room was still being cleaned when we arrived to check in after 3pm and still found random hairs that weren't mine and dust in places in the room. If you want extra towels you have to pay. The projector in the room is really cool and the location of the hotel is nice but I doubt I would stay again.
