I don't expect hotel quality everything when I went to New York. Hilton did amazing job. The listened to clients need and solve issues without hesitance. I will come back this hotel again next year.

All was great !

Ideal location, love that every TikTok rec was walkable, the property and room were fine, I just wished the check in staff was a bit welcoming, I did have a late flight in but the front desk attendant just handed me my keys and that was it. He didn’t point out anything about the property

The room was too hot, and I had to tell the Front Desk several times that the air-conditioning wasn’t working. We were there six days, and it was never fixed.

Great location!

The first night we were placed in a room with a noisy AC, so we really didn’t get much sleep. The engineer said there was nothing wrong and that they’re supposed to be like that because it’s the compressor. After he left I was playing this the AC panels (that were partially tied on) and found that the unit was rattling. The door to the air filter was also zip tied shut so it was full of dust. After some back and forth they put us in a new room. Overall the location was a good. No other issues and the rooftop bar was cool.

Great location, very friendly staff, comfy beds and very clean hotel! Roof top bar was a wonderful atmosphere

We got charge valet parking and paid 20 dollars and had to walk 15 mins to our car and no discount given. Not the most friendly staff but hotel is clean and decor is nice

Bed was stiff bur over all good

Great service
