We only stayed for one night in an accessible room ( we are in no way disabled, this room was assigned to us) in an annex of the hotel.
The room was spacious and clean and we were provided with dressing gowns and slippers.
The receptionist who checked us in was friendly and cheerful and the process was fast and easy. Getting some drinks at the bar proved a little tricky as one member of the bar staff was still training and the other lady did not handle a small issue as well as she might have. This didn’t ruin our experience by any means.
Breakfast was a well stocked buffet. The hot options were hot and nicely presented. All in all, worth the cost.
We would certainly stay here again if we required accommodation in Ayr.

Beautiful room, very clean. My only concern was that there was only one double socket for your mobile devices, which meant cycling them to recharge. Perhaps bring an extension lead. Breakfast was good as it had vegan options too.

不錯伴侶同行
Disappointed in the annex room 302 the wardrobe was so small it had an iron board inside and we struggled to hang up our wedding outfits.
Also ground floor so no privacy I will not book this again sorry

Staff were excellent and friendly and we even managed to check-in early which worked really well for us. Breakfast was good, especially the salmon.
