Staff friendly, clean , breakfast good

Staffs friendly and helpful, room is clean, breakfasts is really good.

You don't need any other hotel, Breakfast 1st class including full English. Short walk to most places, You won't be disappointed.

I would avoid booking this hotel for the following reasons; - they “upgraded” our room which felt like a downgrade, we didn’t need more floor space. - they carried our suitcase by the wheel which broke it. - Rooms were tidy but not really clean, more like a serviced apartment where it depends on how the person before left it. - breakfast was very limited. - they forgot to charge Some positives; - one reception staff member was really nice - pool and gym were decent (indoor pool) - it was reasonably cheap, but so were lots of other options.

The stay was perfect. The location was walkable everywhere we needed to go. The breakfast was spot on and the bed was exactly what we needed to rest our weary heads after 36 hrs to get the Phnom Penh.

Enormous well equipped studio apartment. Beautiful view from the balcony and a fantastic breakfast in the morning. I was only at the hotel for a night but I would happily stay here again.

Great location and very comfortable upgraded suite. Lovely breakfast with wide choice. Had 2 evening dinners at the hotel as well and very enjoyable. Inside pool was a great plus. Only 1 lift for 8 floors only negative

clean but need more lights around the stairs areas.
