Our location was convenient for our trip to Niagara Falls . The room was clean and they had coffee area available 24/7 . There was also breakfast included with many items to choose from such as bagels, muffins, toast, eggs, and waffles .

Property looks old with worn out carpet, wall fittings etc. Daily housekeeping is not provided due to shortage of staff. It's provided on call basis.
If you are staying here for visiting to Niagara falls, better to take a property near Prospect point, there are many available in the same range.

The breakfast was bad. The staff were rude and not helpful. Our room didn’t have a shower curtain. The door actually quit working. The cleanliness was not good. I do not recommend.

The continental breakfast had several options and perfect to start the day. It was also nice having coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24hrs. We also greatly appreciated the free trolley/bus passes that got us to and from Niagara Falls
