Staff was kinda rude, you can tell they all want to make easy money. As soon as I got there a lady asked for everyone’s passports. Then another guy offering promotion fake deals, they took us for 4 hrs to another hotel and tried to sale a membership for $7500 down, crazy

Great stay, clean room, clean poll area, great beach access and chairs. Buffett breakfast was great. Check in was a little slow and room was almost not ready at 3pm. Would return again. Great restaurants walking distance from hotel and supermarket.

The room was clean and spacious. Some of the servers and the restaurant were courteous and very professional others were average and distracted. The elevators worked sometimes and the service was adequate but not friendly. The check-in process took a long time and they try to sell a timeshare at flamingos, Beach area reserved for VIP guests, every time you went in and out of the parking lot you had to give them your room number and they check how many people were in your car for some reason? Not the usual experience in Mexico or Puerto Vallarta.

The property is lovely and the staff is excellent. Very helpful very nice. The downside is the rooms do not have ocean view as promised, all inclusive disappointing. The drinks were watered down and the food at the resort was not good. Very little choice at breakfast. Lunch was the best, but dinner is at the restaurants were not good.

loved this hotel super clean and spacious rooms! the staff is okay but overall did have a good experience. Didnt buy anything from the bar for the same reason didnt feel the bartender so welcoming but not a deal breaker I would stay here again. Great for a couples weekend getaway.

When we book the reservation I asked for two bedroom and i was not advised that it was not available until we paid

Beach access was great! Great views from the balcony. Quiet at evening time. Very comfortable beds.

Service was great around the pool by Joaquin. He did not disappoint. Always there when we needed him. Also, the front concierge was great greeting us upon arrival, especially Malena. Thank you all for a grear week, you made it very special!
