Excellent stay at JMM Grand Suites.
The room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever needed.
The location is convenient, with Robinsons Mall nearby, making it easy to find food, shops, and daily necessities. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well organized.
Overall a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend this property.

Room is fine, clean with kitchenette.reception personnel is accommodating . Reception desk on other hand need reorganization and improve the air conditioning . Facility is close to a great mall that does offer a lot from clothing to food

Well situated: near shopping, food carts, convenient stores, mall, museums, universities, government offices, hospitals, historical locations, US embassy, and more! Front desk support is top-notch. Cleaning crew is fabulous! Pool is nice. Small gym, but gets the job done. Give JMM a try!

The hotel was ok and the rooms not bad. But i was a bit turned off with the cockroaches in our room and the rat that ran across the lobby on our 3rd day there. Other than that the place was ok.

不錯 This is my go to hotel in Manila. But this time no WiFi in room and sewer gas smell coming from bathroom drains. Other than having to use my data on the patio and the smell from the cr it was good. The staff as always attentive and the room clean
