Room was clean

Clean, quaint, great amenities, and nice little breakfast included. I’d stay here again!

Staff was friendly and helpful. A. Picard was especially noteworthy as I needed printing help and he accommodated with professionalism. Appreciated water upon arrival (this didn't happen at my Boston Hampton stay because I wasn't the right Hilton Honors level.). I loved the bathroom lighting and this was probably my best Hampton stay.

The hotel is in a great location if you are visiting Buffalo. There is a Rite Aid in the same parking lot as the hotel which was convenient for anything we forgot. The hotel staff was very nice and helped us out with something we needed. So, why the three stars? The bed was absolutely horrendous. It was so hard I should have just slept on the floor. I was so sore the next day. The bathroom, while spacious, had a pretty lackluster shower head. It was also magnetically attached so if you tried to adjust the shower head it would fall off. And finally, I could hear my neighbors and even those further down the hall all night long. Wouldn't stay here again due to the bed feeling like a wood board.

The staff were helpful; the breakfast was excellent with hot and cold options, much better than most of the other free hotel breakfasts i have experienced. The only complaint i have is about the noise. There were young children making a lot of noise in the corridor and you could hear a lot of noise through the wall. In the bathroom in the morning i could hear every word the next door occupant was saying to her child through the air-vent .

Very clean, good breakfast every morning, and staff was very kind and helpful. Only downside was pool are was out of service one of the days of our stay.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel definitely if you're staying in the Buffalo area.

Hot tub was amazing no kids in it which was great,because they shouldn't be anyways.Front desk employee was excellent and very friendly, breakfast was great also.
