Everything is broken or cheaply installed, the staff don't care to help, and tourists are treated as a commodity vs actual people

This hotel was convenient located to the Aliaguna Water Bus. Loved the location. Room was on the smaller side, but the bed was comfortable. They request that you don’t eat or drink in the rooms which keeps them pristine. Breakfast was offered across the street in a sister hotel and was very good. Not many gluten free options, in case you were looking for that. The views from the balcony were beautiful.

Lovely people. Great room. Need to send more clear instructions on how to Check in, as the rooms are across the street from the place where you check in Otherwise a very good choice.great a/c on a very very hot day. Love the shower! Convenient to train station, vaporetto, trains, ghetto.

Great staff and clean room. Air conditioning was a bit disappointing as it did not cool the room completely- however we did travel during a heatwave so its understandable. The bathroom had a sloped roof which made using the utilities difficult due to my height. Otherwise it was a great stay in a great location!

Excellent service from the staff at all times. The room was very comfortable and clean, with everything recently refurbished. Plus, it is very close to all the key points of interest in Venice.

Overall, we liked our stay. The location is excellent—close to the train station, convenient for the airport water taxi, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. It’s also right on the main walking route to San Marcos Square, making it easy to explore Venice on foot. The staff was attentive, professional, and always seemed on top of things. That said, the hotel wasn’t perfect. On two of our four days, there was an unpleasant septic-like odor in the hallway near the entrance, which made the first impression of returning to the hotel less enjoyable. Fortunately, the smell did not extend into our room. Also, space is at a premium, even by European standards. The bathroom was exceptionally small, with the smallest toilet I’ve ever encountered. Despite these issues, the hotel’s outstanding location and excellent staff made for a very pleasant short stay overall

Everything was very clean but the room was so small and no where to put anything in the bathroom. Some shelves would really help. The main draw back was having to hike our luggage up three flights of stairs. The breakfast dining room was beautiful and a good selection of food items. The staff was wonderful.

Clean room, friendly staff. Cannot eat in room. No facilities for you to eat

Check in across the street. No elevator to the 2nd floor desk. They then escorted us to the actual hotel, which was appreciated. No elevator again. The room was small, but there was a giant king size very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very, very small. No knee or elbow room between toilet and sink. But it was only one night, but would not stay in the room for more knights because of the very, very small bathroom. The hotel was very central and close to the train station. So that is a bonus.

The hotel was not far from the train station. Location in Venice was very good. Felt safe and room was comfortable. Sink in bathroom was a bit small but bathroom was small.
