泗水 - 美憬閣滿者伯夷飯店 (Hotel Majapahit Surabaya - MGallery)

Old-school, classic hotel full of heritage and history, a hidden gem in the hot area of Surabaya. It has friendly staff, good maintenance and very good breakfast. The things one may complain are also associated with the age of this hotel, for example, the rooms mostly have the only window at the entrance side due to the old buiding design, and the kids may find it slightly boring due to the lack of fun facilities usually found in modern hotels, but who can pass the opportunity to live where legends like Charlie Chaplin once stayed?

Breakfast was amazing! This hotel was a lovely retreat from the busy city. I appreciated the serenity 😌

This historic hotel is maintained the grandeur of colonial architecture and the friendliness of the staff. Everyone is very polite, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is amazing. Indonesian breakfast is one of the best in my opinion. I definitely will come back and stay longer

We took a breakfast box which was good.

Beautiful architecture and gardens. Spotlessly clean and wonderful staff

If you get the chance to stay at this hotel/ historic building grab the chance. This is not about all mod cons this is immersing oneself in history and atmosphere I have never experienced in any hotel I’ve stayed in

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and if we come back to Surabaya again we will stay at this hotel again .

Everything about our stay was lovely! The staff is friendly and welcoming, the room was gorgeous and clean, and the hotel has great amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Surabaya.

Loved the breakfast, the pool, the quiet of the room

Hotel Majapahit transforms you back to a different era with it's exquisite decor and history. If you are in Surabaya you must stay at Hotel Majapahit. It has all the amenities required and is in a great location. On top of that the staff are the most attentive I have experienced anywhere in the world. I would rate higher if possible.
