I had a good time in this hotel. Helping staff.

The staff was professional and pleasing.

Very friendly

My second stay at this location Asked for a quiet place and was very happy

Super staff. Clean and comfortable room. Great food.

I was charged three times and a dispute is currently still in process, 2 weeks later. so checked

Elevator broken and we had to carry luggage downstairs. Floor dusty and had not been mopped, Room had chipped furniture, paint chunks missing, filth covering the outside of the air conditioner, the air purifier did not work, curtains coming off of curtain hooks, overall the most shabby and worst hotel I’ve ever stayed it in my life. Slum hotel.

we stayed there for a night, which is also very near to Delhi international airport as well. It was a good experience and the staff behaviour also very nice. good location and nice and cosy rooms as well . Thank you.

Staff is very kind and helpful

DIRTY sheets, blanket, pillows. Headboard of the bed was dripping and smudged with a strange greasy substance. Room smelled of cigarettes, and then some scent to try to cover it up. Shower dripped the entire time. Very LOUD sounds all throughout the night, both from the busy street, but also from strange happenings within the hotel. No kettle. OVERALL: DO NOT RECOMMEND. If nothing else, a customer should be able to expect a clean bed in a hotel. I would have left with a much better impression if the bed were clean.
