We were happy with the one bedroom apartment over-all. The partial view of the ocean was really nice from the balcony. The building is nice with two pools- one that overlooks the ocean and also has a large shallow area so nice for kids.
We ran into a problem because the power in the apartment went out all day Sunday- so it got a bit hot and the wifi wasn't working (so could not do work). This was a business trip with some vacation added in when possible, so no wifi and uncomfortable indoors (while working) was tough.

The pool on the first floor is under repair, and we were not informed of this beforehand when we made our reservation.

Great location. Condo was as advertised. Works well for families. Heated pools were wonderful. Restaurant next door was lovely. Great location for exploring Miami Beach.

The hallway was not clean at all. The unit itself is spacious but extremely outdated. The sheets were old and so thin. The mattress had a big gross stain, and the the closet doors could barely open and close. For the price we paid, I had expected something way better. That being said it is a great location, access to beach, pool, hot tub etc.

The room was fantastic. Everything was as pictured online. Room was spotless when we arrived and had no issues the whole stay. Will definitely stay again!
