Lovely hotel with the friendliest reception team in London. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and sights so it's a good base to get to everything. The room had excellent aircon, great amenities and was so quiet. I will be returning to this fabulous hotel.

Great staff and location.

What a find! Fantastic location and beautifully maintained gem of a hotel, steps from Buckingham Palace and the tube station. The staff were knowledgeable and incredibly helpful with suggestions for places to eat (the Bed of Nails pub was excellent)and options for getting to Heathrow airport. Our room was spotlessly clean, well appointed with plenty of space for our extensive luggage. The bathroom was large with a luxurious shower. Room service Breakfast can be ordered in advance. There is no breakfast area nor bar and the foyer area is not large. However if you are looking for an exceptional place to stay in a great location for a reasonable price, the Resident is hard to beat. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel and staff. A 5 star stay all round!

We loved this hotel. We only spent two nights here, but wish we had had more time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the room was excellent. The hotel itself is situated in a very nice area, literally two minutes walking to Buckingham Palace and maybe five minutes to Westminster Cathedral. It's also very close to Victoria Station, which made it easy for us to access the Underground. There is also a nice little covered shopping center close by with some nice restaurants. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

Everyone at the front desk was extremely professional, friendly and helpful in every way. The hotel location is very convenient and close to Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace and many types of restaurants, coffee and pastry shops.

This was one of the best hotel that I’ve stayed in Europe ever!! The location is amazing , just 5 minutes walk from Buckingham Palace!! The room is big, bed super comfortable and everything is so clean in this hotel! And the staff… wow…is so amazing! Guys at the reception always welcome you with a smile and asking is there anything you need to make your stay more enjoyable! I would like to give a special shout out to Gela that made us feel so special and took care of us with any request that we had! Gela you are the best…gracias!!
