We had a great stay at Sunborn. Perfect for exploring the island. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the nearby area. Easy walking distance to the Main Street.

The place is OK but the vibe is kind of strange. It's pretentious but does not provide basic essentials such as USB chargers near the bed. It is very clean and well maintained but not modern. WiFi is terrible. The staff is somewhat friendly but gives you a feel that you don't belong here. Good place to stay for one night if you really want to stay in Gibraltar.

Very comfortable, unique, and a lot of fun!! The room was spacious and well laid out, with room to work , and a very elegant bath and shower. The room was much nicer and larger than expected, even for a luxury yacht! Fantastic views of the Gibralter Airport runway and the bay on one side and the Ocean Village and marina on the other. Fantastic area with restaurants, stores, shopping , entertainment all just a 5 minute walk. Would definitely revisit!

I booked a two bedroom suite at a 5 star hotel. What could go wrong? Well, we nicknamed out room 'the dungeon'. Most rooms had balconies. We were on the bottom floor of the hotel at the very front. We not only didn't have a balcony, we barely had windows. It was a very dark room. We overlooked industrial equipment at the back of a marina. We had two refrigerators, one of which worked. There is no door on the master bath. There was a clear glass door with a few frosted pieces across the toilet area. Stepping out of the shower, you were fully exposed. We requested Cava when we arrived. It showed up three hours later. We went to the desk and asked for ice. That arrived an hour and a half later as we were leaving. The first two times we tried to charge to our room, they showed us that it said the room was unoccupied. The pool is the basically an 8' X 12' above ground pool. We never got a deck chair. The space is small and there are maybe 18 chairs. Nacho the bartender was the saving grace of the area. The breakfast was very nice. The food was fresh. Think twice before going here. There are a lot of great properties there.

From the minute we got there the staff were fabulous. Breakfast was amazing ,full English , fresh fruit, smoothies , continental .A fabulous selection of everything. Room was lovely and clean ( cleaned every day ) Bar and restaurants so nice we ate in there most nights Lovely touch was a surprise complementary bottle of bubbly for my birthday ( no prompting from anyone) and 20%of food that night Definitely stay there again

Room was spotless and cleaned everyday. The staff were always on hand to help and the aqua was fantastic! A perfect stay and highly recommended

Welcome drink on arrival and cabin upgrade. Room spacious with a good layout for accessing wardrobe from room and bathroom. A make up/shaving mirror would have been nice to have. Room functions on control panel great feature. Lovely, helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast. Perfect location for sightseeing and close to airport.

We really enjoyed our stay on the Sunborn, spacious room and everything that you could need. Breakfast was great and as i had a birthday during my stay i also received a bottle of bubbly in our room. My only criticism would be that the kettle needs a specific space to be plugged in and make drinks and that the bedside top was filled with a phone and computer screen fir lights and curtains etc so no where to out anything next to the bedside top. We will definitely stay again as the location is so good 😊

Location was good for sightseeing but the hotel was incredibly noisey. People yelling across balconies, running up and down the corridors at night. The pool is small but good seating around it. Received multiple emails prior to our stay but then they failed to respond about the one question we asked.
