Overall the hotel is great, clean, friendly staff, perfect location right in the center. Walking distance to everything. The only thing I didn't like, being a VIP member we are supposed to get a room upgrade when available, but instead they tried to upsell us rooms for additional 50 euros per night, when we declined, another elderly couple arrived from Australia, and they upsold them that room for 80 euro per night. Anyways, the hotel it self is good, clean and great location.

Excellent location, loved the little balconies with our room.

Hotel was just ok. Beds are as hard as a rock. Had ants in the room. Breakfast was below average. Stayed in a mansard room because it says it has more square footage but what they don't tell you is 1/3 of the room is under the mansard so you cant stand up, room didnt have enough space to open 2 suitcases. Shower was touchy and went from too cold to scalding with just a small adjustment. On the good side the staff were helpful and the location was great

Clean and tidy hotel, very friendly staff and lovely breakfast options. Overall a very nice stay whilst in a great location.

Friendly and helpful staff. Aromatherapy throughout the hotel. Great location with many sites within walking distance. Food, shopping, groceries, and pastry shops. Clean room with balcony access but small. You are out all day so not a big deal. Mattress could use an upgrade to memory foam or at the very least a fluffy mattress topper. Breakfast available on site.

Lovely Hotel, clean, nice touch welcoming Portuguese Custard and glass of port, free bottle of red wine and bottle water in room. Expresso Coffee machine, no milk provided. 20% food at at adjoining restaurant. Ok if coffee drinker but would benefit from supplying some tea bags and milk. Hotel noisy at night, as restaurants below putting away table and chairs and noisy early morning with the delivery of supplies. Hotel is central and easy to catch the metro, train or trams. Breakfast in adjoining restaurant. Good stay overall,

We had an amazing experience, and what stood out the most was the very attentive staff, the excellent location, and the fact that it was a new and very clean hotel.

Fantastic hotel, very clean, good shower, safe in room. Great breakfast! Excellent location.
