A really beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Enjoyed the restaurant, the bar and the beer garden. The food was delicious everywhere, but the restaurant in particular was fantastic. Spa and pool were really nice, very relaxing and also clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

Lovely area. The lake is 10 mins walk from the hotel, down a steep hill, and there are areas by it with sunloungers. The walk around the lake is pleasant and, at about 11km, takes a few hours; you can break at the far end where there are restaurants etc. The standard rooms in the hotel are reasonably sized, but not huge, and we had a king size bed, fridge, safe etc. - though note unless you pay extra for a specific view e.g. lake, then you may get the road side and the road is noisy; with the windows shut we didn't hear it, but the balcony wasn't going to be used. We stayed for 5 nights and I think the room was cleaned just twice in that time. If you want breakfast in the hotel then choose it when booking - to add it later it was 25 euro per person per day..... a bit excessive compared to other similar hotels we've stayed at. Gym - quite reasonable, if not the best; cardio and cable machines. The spa area has 2 saunas - hot and really hot; note this is a "no-bathing-costumes" zone. The pool is a reasonable size but was coldish ... the issue with that is that the jacuzzi is actually just an area of the pool with bubbles.... so not warm at all and so we didn't use it. My main criticism, WIFI, much of the time I could connect but would get disconnected after a few seconds and then could not reconnect; this applied to phones & computer. Reported it but nothing happened. With no mobile signal either, this did mean I couldn't do online stuff I needed to do whilst there.

Clean room, nice spa, staff was helpful. Options for food is limited especially in the area. Parking was limited. Near lake which was pretty ! Overall good stay :)

Room was clean and spacious. The restaurant staff and breakfast team were very helpful and attentive. They made the perfect sunny side up I was impressed. Definitely my best dining experience during my 2 week trip going from Germany to Austria.

Caring service team, beautiful spa area, nice trails. New Years Program was fun.

We book this hotel for golf experience from last stay, golf was canceled ! A garden without a golf course is no longer attractive, an area covered in wild grass looks scary, making the surroundings look unkempt, which is why I don't understand why a stay is unnecessarily expensive.

Everything was good, I wish there were AC as it was super hot during the day time

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed the amenities it offered. The breakfast was excellent, and we both highly recommend staying here
