We had a family double room and it was huge! Like a suite, with a giant 60 inch tv and a nice sofa in front of it to watch it on. My one piece of feedback is that the bathrooms need a refresh. Clean and working, just dated. Breakfast was also superb and a perfect location for our trips to the Belfry and Drayton Manor.

We had a disappointing stay unfortunately. The hotel room was quite a trek from the lifts. The room didn't have any tea/coffee/milk and when we did go to make a hot drink one of the mugs had already been used. I found this out at about 10/11pm and on phoning reception they first asked if we would come to them to collect clean mugs and no apology. I also had to phone reception to obtain the free WiFi password as they had forgotten to write it on the card. At breakfast we were told to wait while they checked whether we had paid at reception despite presenting the breakfast vouchers provided by reception. Another member of staff came along while we were waiting and told us the vouchers were indeed proof enough. We also received a phonecall from reception at 3am in the morning out of nowhere asking if we wanted towels.

Receptionship should have check the booking before asking to pay, which was done upon making reservation. Woken at 8am on a Sunday morning by something which sounded like maintenance work. Was then distrubuted by house keeping wanting to clean room, which made no sense as was checking out by 11.

Avoid at all cost reception women had a very bad attitude put me in a room where the was so much noise in the morning could not get my full sleep

Noisy, woken up by forklifts and cranes and crashing of metal for a concert set up. No warning of the noise - Sunday 7 AM!! Total disgrace.

Hotel it’s self is really nice my room had a dirty sock behind the curtain and the beds I would have got more comfy on a hard floor the beds where horrible to sleep in.
