Excellent experience! Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is a standard Hampton Inn. Clean room and adequate facilities. But security is non-existent. Had an incident where a drunk person tried to enter my room. He was kicking the door and screaming …let me in. There was no security on duty at 9 pm. The hotel handled the whole experience very poorly and I felt very unsafe for the rest of my stay!

The hotel is in a great location, near different subway stops and an easy walk to DUMBO and Brooklyn & Manhattan bridge. The staff was fabulous, texting each day to ensure everything was fine with our staff.

Great location, close to cruise line

We had caution tape in our room, and when I informed the receptionist, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Why would they put us in a room like this with our kids? There was also a strange smell coming from the vents. I didn’t enjoy my stay here and will never book again.

The room was clean. It was quite. The staff was very nice and the breakfast buffet was awesome 👌. I would definitely stay again it was very nice.

Great hotel close to Dumbo at foot of the bridge. The front desk staff and bartender were both extremely friendly and had great customer service skills.

Good to go

This hotel is good! The adjacent parking is fantastic and reasonably priced for New York. The room is small but well-equipped with everything you need. Having breakfast included is convenient, though the quality could be improved, the cheese omelettes were burned and with no cheese and the coffee dark roast tasted like water, I also tried think adding gluten-free bread or bagel options would make a big difference. Location-wise, it’s a 10-minute walk to a direct subway line that got us to Times Square in under 30 minutes
