All good , just a little dated

First rate hotel in every sense, from cleanliness, to housekeeping, to front desk staff, to transportation, to the on-site restaurants and orderliness of the rooms. Zero complaints about this top-notch facility.

Excellent breakfast.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for a hotel shuttle service to and from the airport. It says they have this on their information. This isn’t true and I only found this out when I landed at Mumbai airport. I had to pay 1,000 Indian rupees for a taxi to the hotel. I had to pay more than 3,000 Indian rupees to go back to the airport which is a complete rip off for a short trip. I had no other choice. The hotel need to change the misleading information they have on their page. Also, the room I was in was next to a construction area. It was very noisy until j k ate at night with jackhammers and loud talking. All the staff were lovely. I’m very disappointed about the taxi costs. I would gave preferred being in a room away from construction areas.

Welcoming and helpful staff, lovely and spacious apartment and beautiful hotel

The room was given to us as a family room, but after the extra bed that was added for my son, there was hardly any room to walk around. We had to get the extra bed changed as the mattress spring was poking through the mattress. The staff was friendly and efficient, as they changed the bed when requested.
