Great hotel experience and very budget friendly with nice amenities and beautiful spaces. Also the breakfasts available at the hotel were incredible. Highly recommend this hotel for families. We were able to get two rooms and it was reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped ship our luggage to Kyoto, which was very helpful. Goood location, near the metro.

Very simple accommodations. And the staff are casual and kind. Would be back again.

Very clean place even with the shared bathroom space.

The staff members are the real assets. They are so kind and warm. The place is very clean and quiet. Convenient to subway and restaurants. The laundry is available as well. A great place to stay if you travel alone or you don’t mind giving up the frivolous things. Highly recommended.

My stay here was so lovely, I didn't want to leave. The staff were all so kind and helpful, I truly felt so welcomed and looked after. I stayed in the riverview single w bathroom and although it was small it just felt so cozy to me. The riverview
