還好 Had flight issues and tried to apply my paid amount to change to the next day and they were completely unwilling to work with me even though they'd get more of my money and had rooms available. Chose to sleep in airport instead of give them more money.

超讚 Our flight arrived so late that the airport shuttle had stopped running, but the hotel clerk was very helpful in getting us a ride over to the hotel and also very helpful when we finally arrived. Great customer service.

超讚 This hotel is a great resting place or a longer stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. They accommodated us from the moment we walked into the door. We arrived at 3:30 am and drove from Chicago to this great hotel. Definitely worth the stay and I would definitely come back again.
