Room was spacious. Breakfast hot food was cold. We were on the 5th floor and the hallway didn’t smell good and the ice machine was broken.

I enjoyed the stay at the Hyatt Place. The room was nice and I liked the layout with the couch on one side and the beds on the other side. The breakfast had decent options. The staff made it easy to check in and out and the parking was plentiful.

The whole staff was excellent, the floors in our room, hallway, lobby weren't clean, microwave in common area was filthy, breakfast was very limited, no microwave in room, desk in room but no chair, TV was located where you could only watch on the couch or in the bed.

Breakfast was good. Good location.

Room seemed clean and bed was comfortable, but furniture dinged up. Shower curtain worn and missing rings on each side. Has frame from when there were doors on it and mineral buildup on shower head. A lot of ice build up in mini fridge freezer. Pool was green and poorly maintained. No towels there. Ice machine in hall broken and just running water through it loudly for the time we were there. Sign on it that it was out of service. I let the desk know it was running water so they finally turned it off. Breakfast area was filthy. No cover on half and half and not kept cold so I didn't use it. No gluten free options except a banana or orange. This hotel has seen better days. Price was reasonable but I wish I paid a little more for a much better place.

Terrible experience, I was not able to get a room. I booked a stay on Hotels.com and the hotel could not access the itinerary that I had clearly booked. After spending 30 minutes at the front desk trying to book them and Hotels.com up to figure it out, I finally gave up and then just tried to book the room again with my credit card. The hotel could not make their system work with a simple credit card as their system was not working. After another 15 minutes of waiting for their system to work, we finally just left and booked a room at the local Marriott a mile away. Terrible experience and the hotel lobby and grounds were filthy and unkept.

My room wasn’t totally clean, but they immediately moved me to a new room. And helped me with the move. Then the next day, my hairdryer broke, but I was able to get another one from a different room from the cleaning staff. The staff was actually fantastic, super friendly and very kind and considerate. Very apologetic about the issues and I appreciated all of their accommodations! Parking was plentiful and easy.

I was placed in the incorrect room. The room that was selected waa to have 2 queen beds. Once I the room it had a king bed only. I asked the front desk was I in the correct room and the employee at the front desk said that I was and that the sofa was a pull out. Only to re revisit the front desk again and what I was told earlier in the day was not the truth. So I had to more rooms during the night.

Ac didn’t work. Tv wouldn’t connect. Water pressure was very low In the bathroom. Towels were not properly clean. Sink in room was clogged

Basic accommodation. My room was a bit worn - sink didn't drain well, paint needed touch-ups. Used towels from other rooms around mine sat on floor for a day or so.
