Great location

Rooms were clean & quiet. This is wonderful, given the construction underway across the street. Front of house staff could do with some training. A simple request based on in-room info (booking an airport transfer) could not be me (just book a taxi or uber). Also, considering the price, no breakfast included. Not great value overall, considering the other options on hand.

Great location and easy walking distance to waterfront restaurants, the CBD etc. Parking available, helpful staff.

Stayed before handy to my needs

I arrived late at night time, and staff was kind and I didn’t feel any difficulty of check in at late night time

Centrally located, large room and large ensuite bathroom. They must be using some soundproofing as it was very quiet

Super comfortable bed. Hotel lobby is modern, and beautifully designed. Very central location.

Fantastic! way better than expected! Will definitely be back, walking distance to everything including central train station, was quiet and also has the best gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel so far! Will be back again A+++++

It was a lot smaller than expected and the dirty laundry from the previous guest had been left on the side. Staff were very apologetic and removed it swiftly. It was just a overnight stay which I was glad of. I couldn't have stayed in the room for a week, it was very dark and dinghy.

Excellent location with very helpful staff and good size room. The breakfast was pretty average though
