Location slightly outside of downtown in a quiet area but 5 minute walk to Buchanan street. Rooms are spacious and funky. Staff extremely helpful and engaging. Highly recommend

Excellent central location, nice rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Great for a weekend stay in Glasgow. Second time we’ve stayed here and will do again.

Stayed two nights. Hotel is well situated but is getting a bit outdated. Bathroom door was poorly repaired. Hotel is quite noisy, all sounds within the hotel seem to carry and the doors slamming was both heard and felt when lying in bed.
Breakfast was just basic. First morning apparently no chef working so no hot options only continental. Second morning with a chef so we were able to order hot food. Partner ordered a full Scottish breakfast and was happy but I ordered salmon, poach eggs and hollandaise sauce. Sauce was horrible, eggs were boiled to death and dry. Server at breakfast was rude and dismissive.
