Room was great but shower didn’t get hot water while we were there.

Really nice good quality hotel, room spacious and welcoming good modern bathroom with quality towels. friendly and efficient staff. Good quality fresh breakfast, good coffee (excellent Irish coffee with proper cream, none of that out of a pressurised can stuff). Hotel is conveniently placed 5 minutes from St Stephens Green and around 10 or 15 minutes from the top of Grafton Street. Will be my first choice when staying in Dublin again.

Very nice place to stay right on the tram line. Rooms were clean and lovely staff was super helpful. I never had breakfast there and I didn’t use the bar either. But I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Beautiful property, amazing food, great location!

Great location.

The hotel was beautiful and the room was very clean and nice. The television didn’t work properly as almost no stations were available for whatever reason. The restaurant staff, for dinner, was very brusque and bordered on rude when serving us. Our server was friendly until I asked for a glass of ice water. His face looked as though he was thinking, “I’m not getting a tip for water”. At breakfast, all was good except the eggs, which were of the powdered variety and really, really wet. Overall, those things aside, I’d stay there again I just would get meals elsewhere.

Favourite hotel to stay at in Dublin. Staff are super, rooms are premium feeling and the restaurant/bar is a really nice spot for a bite to eat or just to have a few drinks.
