The room was small but that is ok because I wasn't planning on spending my trip in there anyways. There is a library you can go work in, which is a cool option. The breakfast was really good and very reasonably priced. The staff were helpful and friendly. My only issue was the bed was a little too soft - oh no, a comfy bed!

Nice little room but was little noisy from the wind. Worth paying for the buffet breakfast

First class. Only thing missing is an onsite gym.

Our favourite place to stay when visiting Canberra. The staff are always lovely, the rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are excellent, particularly the library area for working and the hotel’s bike rental service. The location is fantastic — perfect for walking or cycling around the lake and just a short stroll from the restaurants at Kingston Foreshore

Comfortable bed. Beautiful room. Great common areas with complimentary coffee+apple. Secure undercover parking, free on weekends. Quiet neighbourhood.

Got Übereats delivered and reception brought it to my door - brilliant. But, upon check in I wasn't told about communal areas available & couldn't find info on it in my room. Eg - there was an area on Level 5 which looked like it had snacks, but I didnt go in. Also - recommend checking the block out blinds work before bed. Mine didnt and on checkout I was told I should have said something during the night - but I was tired, in my pyjamas, why would I want a strange person in my room/have to get dressed again for something that was supposed to work?

Whilst the room was cold, a quixk adjustment of the climate control fixed that

Staff were very helpful with over height parking and dinner options

Very clean room with easy parking and helpful staff, loved the complimentary coffee and apple in the common area
