Room was clean. This was an overnight stay before our flight from Rome to US. Not really an airport hotel which I consider if location is 15 minutes or less. Shuttle was NOT complimentary. Infact driver was on vacation. Our flight was delayed and hotel finally helped me get Taxi for reasonable rate but what a wait. Then after a 35 minutes drive to hotel I kept getting messages to hurry as desk closed in 15 minutes!!😳 But the air conditioning worked and the bed was comfortable. Shower not so great. It was an okay stay for the layover! Staff was nice and very helpful! Breakfast included!

Staff was very helpful in arranging airport shuttle. They also waited late at night because our trip was delayed.

The property

Stayed here for one night on our trip back to the Chicago. It was a perfect hotel to stay the night for an early morning flight. We got to the airport in 10 minutes. The hotel arranged a shuttle service to take 3 of us to the airport for 30 Euros. You will need to give them advanced notice, but it was perfect for our needs.

I had to check in via WhatsApp??? I have never heard of such a process. Even when I emailed to tell them we would be there at 2:00 they were still emailing me saying that if I didn't check in by 11:00 the day before they would consider it a NO Show. Expedia said they couldn't help with the check in. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I didn't have WhatsApp and had to have a friend in the states reach out in Italian. They finally responded. It was a basic room, when I say basic....3 clean beds and a bathroom. It would have been helpful to have had a couple or chairs to sit on. The location is conveniently located to the airport and there was several authentic restaurant. The lobby is only open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm so we could not have breakfast because we left at 7:45. I would probably go a different route because of the uncertainty of the check in.

Good size and comfortable room with AC

The hotel is not located in a beautiful-looking neighborhood and, at first impression, the area did not feel very safe. However, we were told that the area is safe. Inside, the room had everything we needed and was very clean. It also seemed renovated and well equipped. The only downside inside the room was that the shower was very small and not very well distributed. The outside of the building and surroundings could definitely use improvement to make the property look more welcoming. The breakfast was okay — nothing amazing, but decent. The staff was kind, polite, and helpful.

The room was big but the shower room is so small and dated. There's only 1 outlet for microwave & small ref that you have to unplug one or the other before using it.. We came 2 hours early for check in so we have to pay when we left our baggage/ pc to eat out ( Have not experienced such thing in my many travels abroad). Staffs are non English speaking and we were stuck in the hotels small elevator for 15 mins. This place doesn't look like hotel but more of ABNB. This place is not accessible for public transport so you have to call a taxi yourself.. More expenses since a taxi costs 60 euro each way.

The hotel is near the airport, so it is very convenient to get there. The property was clean Andrea at the reception was very helpful. Good: Clean Room, Good Elevator, Good location Can be improved: Outside Noise and bed
